We currently ship to the United Kingdom. For any enquiries about international delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days. This includes verifying your order, packaging the product, a quality control check, and handover to the courier.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is handled by our courier partners.
Transit time: 8 to 12 business days. Timeframes may vary depending on your location within the UK, peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), and any customs or border checks.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

We do our utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Depending on current promotions, free delivery may be available.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Tracking typically becomes active within 24 to 48 hours.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of both the parcel and the product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Following review, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
If a parcel is declared lost by the courier, Wyldcam will take full responsibility for resolving the issue.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address prevents delivery, re-delivery charges may apply, and no refund can be issued if the parcel is lost due to an address error.
9. Exceptional Delays
While rare, delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather conditions, peak logistics periods, or customs procedures. In such cases, our team remains available to support you until your order is successfully delivered.
