These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website and any purchases made through the Wyldcam online store ("the Site"). By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

Wyldcam offers physical products for sale to individual consumers. Use of the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms by the user ("Customer").
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the date of your order.
2. Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free for any user with an internet connection.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times. The Site may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or technical issues.
3. Products
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through photos, descriptions and dimensions. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and minor differences may exist between product photos and the actual item. Such differences cannot be considered a defect.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any product without prior notice.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are not included in the product price and are shown before payment.
5. Orders
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, incomplete or incorrect information, payment issues, or product unavailability.
An order confirmation will be sent by email. This confirmation serves as proof of the transaction.
6. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods are listed on the checkout page. All transactions are secured through our payment providers. We never have access to your full banking details.
7. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Delays in delivery do not entitle the Customer to compensation or damages.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided. In the event of an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Customers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Full details, timeframes and conditions are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy available on the Site.
9. Liability
We shall not be held liable for misuse of the product, normal wear and tear, indirect or consequential damages, or incompatibility with the Customer's equipment. Use of our products is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

All elements of the Site, including text, images, logo, design and content, are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will always be sought before any legal proceedings are initiated.
